Job Overview

PFES has multiple openings for EPC Project Managers in support of major electric utility T&D infrastructure upgrade programs in the Southwest. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the full life cycle execution and administration of multiple substation, transmission, and/or distribution projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Present a safety and quality-oriented attitude.
  • Manage and lead project teams, ensuring all responsibilities are met.
  • Maintain a positive relationship with clients as the primary point of contact.
  • Determine project schedules based on established deadlines and ensure all procurement, submittals, and work plans are in place.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years of project management experience.
  • Substation, transmission, and/or distribution project background is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

This role offers an estimated salary of $140,000-$200,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location: Must be willing to work at least part-time on-site or within the client's area in the Southwest.
