Company Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large and complex projects, working closely with clients, and developing department standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to discuss project requirements and goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and prompt issue resolution.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with junior staff to assign tasks and monitor progress.
  • Develop project proposals and coordinate with the marketing department to secure new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in municipal and general civil project design and project management.
  • Illinois PE License.
  • Ability to travel and possess own transportation.
Salary and Benefits

The salary for this position is commensurate with experience, ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per year. Additionally, the company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
