Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our 3rd Shift team in Meriden, CT. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing technical systems assistance for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and modification of plant-wide equipment, including robotics, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Troubleshooting and solving complex equipment problems.
  • Developing and implementing maintenance procedures and techniques for a safe, reliable, and efficient operation of the plant.
  • Analyzing available data to improve the equipment maintenance plan.
  • Training and development of the maintenance and production workforce.
Requirements
  • Possess a High School Diploma / GED or higher (completed prior to start).
  • Ability to work rotating weekends, overtime, or holidays as needed.
  • Additional qualifications include a good understanding of mechanical design and operation, including hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, lubrication, etc., and basic understanding of predictive/preventative maintenance and condition monitoring techniques.
