Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic, motivated, and inspiring Operations Supervisor for our store.

In collaboration with the store's Management Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence by overseeing customer service representatives, product presentation, inventory management, and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
• Recruit, interview, select, and train a team of customer service representatives and support staff.
• Ensure adherence to established customer service standards.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices.
• Maintain rigorous cash control procedures.
• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, cycle counts, product presentation, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate closely with the management team to establish and enforce policies and procedures.
• Develop staffing schedules for the store.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of product shipments.
• Undertake special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
• 1 to 3 years of prior retail experience is preferred.
• Previous management or warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills are essential.
• Proficiency in computer applications and clerical tasks is preferred (MS Word and Excel).
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be available for a full-time retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
