About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Director of Sales to join our team at Home2 Suites Philadelphia Convention Center. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts and maximizing revenue growth for our prime location hotel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Represent Home2 Suites in the community, building relationships with key stakeholders
  • Manage group inquiries and efficiently respond to event requests
  • Maintain and communicate client information, including group room blocks
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years as a Director of Sales within the hotel industry
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
