Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clinical Office Coordinator to join our team at Emerson Hospital. This role will provide administrative support to our physicians and perform a variety of front office responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Manage electronic medical records and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information.
  • Coordinate scheduling, billing, and insurance claims.
  • Assist with medical procedures and exams as needed.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and staff.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • One to three years of experience in a medical office setting preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and moderate keyboarding required.
  • Knowledge of GE Centricity or similar electronic medical records system preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask required.
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
