About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Education Specialist to join our team at Ascension Wisconsin. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, collaborating with healthcare professionals to create and implement educational programs that enhance patient care.

Job Summary

The Clinical Education Specialist will be responsible for assessing nursing educational needs and competencies, developing and implementing nursing and clinical educational plans/programs, and evaluating their effectiveness. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leaders and staff to assess nursing educational needs and competencies
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing and clinical educational plans/programs
  • Consult on the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation of Nursing Professional Development (NPD) programs and performance processes
  • Manage performance and competency standards for inter-professional programs
Requirements
  • BLS Provider certification obtained within 1 month of hire date
  • Registered Nurse license obtained prior to hire date
  • Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing
Compensation and Benefits

As a Clinical Education Specialist at Ascension Wisconsin, you can expect a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
