- Provide exceptional customer service, effectively communicating with patrons and colleagues.
- Maintain quality control standards, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of 16 years of age.
- Previous customer service experience, retail counting, and reconciliation of money.
- Knowledge of food service principles and practices.
- Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions.
- Basic math skills.
