Job Title: Associate Clinical Manager

We are seeking an experienced clinical manager to oversee the management of a unit/department. As an Associate Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining policies, procedures, and guidelines; leading team members in providing direct patient care by demonstrating expert clinical knowledge; ensuring compliance with quality and safety initiatives and practices; and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to meet the clinical needs of patients and families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement unit/department specific policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Lead team members in providing direct patient care by demonstrating expert clinical knowledge
  • Serve as a charge nurse by preparing schedules and assigning team members to patients; overseeing the admission, discharge, and general flow of patients; and monitoring and ordering medicines and supplies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing; Master's degree in Nursing or a directly related health care field is preferred
  • Three years of clinical experience
  • Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
  • Certifications in BLS/CPR, ANCC recognized certification in clinical specialty, and other certifications may be required depending on the unit/department
