Salary Range: $95,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. Job Description
As a Nurse Supervisor in our SE Division, you will play a critical role in overseeing the clinical operations of our nursing staff. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures, establishing and maintaining accurate personnel files, conducting regular audits, and collaborating with clinical leaders to review and revise policies and procedures as needed. You will also be responsible for ensuring effective staffing levels and operating costs for assigned clinics. We require a degree in nursing, current RN state license and registration with the State Board of Nursing, CPR certification, and a minimum of five years' experience as a registered nurse, including at least three years in oncology. Leadership experience is preferred.
