Job Description

The Personal Lines Account Manager will provide exceptional sales support to the Producer and deliver outstanding customer service to clients. This role requires a high degree of independent judgment and discretion to meet service levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with clients to review and process renewals, updating all necessary items in the management system and sending to clients as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records according to Agency standards, ensuring procedures are properly followed and information is properly documented and readily accessible.
  • Collaborate with Producers to provide necessary client documents, checklists, and proposals.
  • Utilize support tools, such as electronic tasks and expiration/renewal reports, to maintain an organized and effective workstation.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience as a Personal Lines P&C Account Manager or similar role.
  • Possess or able to obtain Property and Casualty Insurance License within 6-12 months of employment. Correll will assist in scheduling courses and cover the application and licensing fees along with covering the cost for bi-annual license renewals.
  • Proficient in AMS360 and ImageRight (Worksmart) is preferred but not required.
Work Environment:

Full-time, Monday-Friday position at Correll Insurance Group of Union, SC.
