_This role offers qualified candidates the opportunity to receive a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000._

**Work Schedules: Evening or Overnight shifts with weekend availability required.**

**Compensation for LVT II:** $38.80 per hour

**Note:** This pay range serves as a starting point and is influenced by experience and progression through our CareerTrax leveling system.

We also provide competitive shift differential pay for eligible hours worked during nights and weekends.

*Shift differentials are calculated based on a minimum of 4 hours worked.*

For instance:

Monday to Friday: 6 PM to 8 AM = $4.00 Shift Differential

Saturday & Sunday: 6 PM to 8 AM = $5.50 Shift Differential

Saturday & Sunday: 8 AM to 6 PM = $4.00 Shift Differential

We are seeking a dedicated Veterinary Care Specialist to enhance our team. **Key Responsibilities:**

  • Conduct triage and gather patient histories
  • Recognize patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR
  • Administer intravenous catheters and advanced catheterization techniques such as Jugular catheters, Central Lines, or PICC lines
  • Perform advanced radiographic procedures
  • Monitor and care for ventilator-dependent patients
  • Provide Level 2 & 3 inpatient care
  • Collaborate with skilled technicians and assistants to deliver exceptional, advanced medical care
  • Mentor and train fellow team members
