About the Job

The Las Vegas Veterinary Specialty Center is seeking a skilled Veterinary Technician to join our oncology department. As a key member of our team, you will provide exceptional care to our patients and contribute to the success of our specialty practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and assist veterinarians with medical procedures
  • Monitor and document patient vital signs and activity
  • Prepare samples for diagnostic testing and provide diagnostic, surgical, and nursing care
  • Maintain medical equipment and provide professional client communication
  • Contribute to a safe and clean work environment and maintain client and patient confidentiality
Requirements
  • Experience working as a Licensed Veterinary Technician in a general practice or veterinary specialty hospital setting
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and develop long-term relationships with colleagues, clients, and the community
  • Reliable, organized, and committed to providing high-level care to patients and clients
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service
