  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management, both verbally and in writing, to ensure seamless collaboration and timely resolution of issues.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role or similar environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
