We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Barback to join our team at Elicit Brewing Company. As a Barback, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our bar, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities- Stock Management: Restock and maintain the bar area with alcohol, glassware, ice, and supplies to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Beverage Preparation: Assist bartenders in preparing drinks, mixing ingredients, and garnishing beverages to meet our high standards.
- Customer Service: Provide warm and sincere interactions with guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Inventory Management: Accurately account for and maintain the security of all bar stock and inventory, reporting any discrepancies to management.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with bartenders and managers to ensure a smooth and efficient service, communicating effectively to meet customer needs.
- Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
- Training and Development: Participate in alcohol awareness training and other programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Physical Demands: Ability to frequently lift up to 165 pounds, stand for 4 to 8 hours, and move intermittently during working hours.
- Communication Skills: Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible attitude and a willingness to learn.
