About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at LINK Staffing. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in manufacturing machined components used in the assembly of final products.

Responsibilities
  • Machining and Inspection: Utilize part inspection equipment, including gage pins, calipers, height gage, micrometers, depth gages, and thread gages, to ensure accurate and timely manufacturing.
  • Print Interpretation: Read and interpret basic print requirements, including dimension callouts, tolerance, angles, radius, and finish.
  • Data Entry and Management: Enter and interpret data into FileMaker data collection systems or manual time cards, ensuring accurate tracking and record-keeping.
  • Quality Control: Identify parts correctly, accurately, and legibly for traceability, and maintain a less than 10% part noncompliance level.
  • Safety and Attendance: Perform job tasks in a safe manner at all times, adhere to company safety policies, and maintain required attendance and punctuality.
Requirements
  • A minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
  • One plus years of experience in a manufacturing setting is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, high-pressured, and fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer literacy skills.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision.
Benefits
  • Competitive salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
