Key Responsibilities
  • Room Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean and prepare guest rooms for occupancy, including making beds, restocking linens, and replenishing amenities.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
  • Laundry and Linen Management: Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens, as well as maintain the cleanliness and organization of laundry facilities.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Clean and maintain housekeeping equipment, including vacuum cleaners, mops, and other cleaning supplies.
  • Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other hotel staff, including front desk, maintenance, and management, to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous housekeeping experience preferred.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 pounds; ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
  • Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
