We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Greenwood Place. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our community, including apartment homes, common areas, lounges, and offices.
Responsibilities:- Clean and sanitize all areas of the community, including floors, surfaces, and fixtures.
- Restock supplies and equipment as needed.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recyclables.
- Operate commercial laundry equipment and maintain a clean and organized laundry area.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the Lead Housekeeper.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and staff.
- Ability to read and interpret documents, including safety rules and operating instructions.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
