Traveling Pile Driving Foreman

As a Traveling Pile Driving Foreman, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful completion of our projects. You will supervise and troubleshoot routine issues on the job site, develop work schedules, and lead a team of construction workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and troubleshoot routine issues on the job site
- Develop work schedules based on employee availability and weather conditions
- Lead a team of construction workers and ensure a safe working environment
- Report project progress to superiors and ensure the project stays on or under budget
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One plus years of leadership experience
- Seven plus years of experience in the construction industry
- Valid Driver's License and ability to drive on behalf of company business
Preferred Qualifications:
- 40 Hour HAZWOPER training
- Competent Person Safety Training
- 8-Hour Supervisory Training
- 30-Hour OSHA Construction Safety Training
- First Aid and CPR
Work Environment:
The Traveling Pile Driving Foreman will work on various projects across the United States and Canada, with up to 75% travel required. The job site environment will include machines, tools, heavy equipment, chemicals, solvents, dust, fumes, noise, toxic materials, waste, and infectious materials. The candidate must be able to work in inclement weather conditions and maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties.
