Physical Therapist Weekend Nights

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at Sky View Rehabilitation and Health Care, a 192-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located in Croton-on-Hudson, NY. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping residents achieve their highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify areas of improvement and develop effective treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident progress and treatment plans.
- Current license and registration to practice as a Physical Therapist in the State of NY.
- Current malpractice insurance and a good standing license.
- Dedication to providing exceptional care and a passion for helping others.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
