Key Responsibilities- Assist a diverse clientele in securing and maintaining nonimmigrant and immigrant statuses.
- Provide guidance on immigration compliance frameworks tailored to various industries.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.
- Communicate legal strategies clearly and succinctly to clients.
- Supervise and mentor a team of paralegals in case preparation.
- Manage the preparation and submission of various immigration petitions and applications.
- Engage with clients regularly to provide updates and insights on their cases.
- Participate in immigration interviews as required.
- Stay informed on the latest developments in immigration legislation.
- Advise clients on compliance with I-9 and E-Verify regulations.
- Guide clients through the labor certification process.
- Foster strong relationships with clients and team members.
- Must possess an active bar license and a Juris Doctorate from an accredited U.S. institution.
- This position is primarily onsite with some flexibility for remote work.
- Candidates should have a commitment to relocating if not currently in the area.
