Compensation:

$45,000 - $55,000 annually (base salary plus commissions)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing exceptional service to potential guests by sharing insights about our vacation properties in the Kissimmee region
  • Handling incoming sales inquiries from prospective clients interested in our vacation rentals
  • Conducting follow-up communications through calls and emails to secure rental agreements
  • Delivering outstanding hospitality and customer service to every prospect
  • Aiming to close as many sales as possible
  • Navigating multiple software platforms simultaneously
  • Thriving in a fast-paced work environment
  • Helping guests realize their vacation aspirations
  • Responding to inquiries from current guests as necessary

Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in inbound and outbound phone sales
  • A genuine passion for crafting unforgettable guest experiences
  • High energy and enthusiasm for collaborative work
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Proficiency in reservations software
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong customer relations abilities
  • Familiarity with platforms like VRBO and Airbnb is advantageous
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C interactions
  • Detail-oriented mindset
  • Strong follow-up skills
  • A proven track record as a closer
