About the Opportunity

Hunt Hive Talent is seeking a skilled Environmental Law Specialist to join one of our esteemed clients in their Environment, Energy, and Resources practice. This exciting opportunity allows you to contribute to a dynamic legal team focused on tackling complex environmental challenges and advising clients on compliance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).

What You Will Do:

  • Provide expert advice on matters related to the Clean Air Act and other environmental regulations.
  • Precisely advocate for clients by preparing and presenting persuasive legal arguments.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver strategic legal solutions for clients.
  • Draft, review, and analyze complex legal documents with strong attention to detail.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Two to four years of experience with the Clean Air Act (CAA) are required.
  • A J.D. from an accredited law school with excellent academic credentials is necessary.
  • Exceptional writing, advocacy, and client service skills are essential.
  • A prior federal judicial clerkship is a plus.
