Key Responsibilities- Space Management: Organize and maintain a healthy and organized living and working environment, including the purge of unnecessary items.
- Vendor Management: Manage and oversee vendors and their work while on-site.
- Home Maintenance: Maintain a home maintenance schedule and ensure all maintenance is scheduled and completed.
- Communication Management: Manage mail and send bi-weekly documents to the family office accounting team for record-keeping and payment.
- Travel Planning: Assist in planning and scheduling travel and maintaining the calendar.
- Emergency Support: Ensure the home runs smoothly during periods of client travel, including serving as an emergency home contact.
- Project Management: Assist with project management for various household, family, and non-profit events.
- Household Communications: Maintain and support household communications with family, friends, etc.
- Errands: Handle regular errands, including grocery shopping and household needs.
- Staff Management: Hire and manage a housekeeper and help to manage and communicate with other employees as needed.
- Household Maintenance: Ensure household tidiness at all times, with occasional meal prep support.
- Pet Care: Manage routine needs, including care for a small dog and watering plants.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficient with technology, including Apple and Google professional and home office systems.
- Organizational Skills: Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent listening and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail.
- Travel Planning Experience: Travel planning and logistics experience.
- Home Maintenance Knowledge: Knowledge of home maintenance needs and ability to direct vendors and staff.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficient with Apple and Google professional and home office technology.
- Project Management Experience: Project management and events planning experience.
- Independence: Able to take direction at times but also identify and accomplish projects independently.
The role will be at least 20 hours per week and may grow up to full-time based on fit and needs. Hourly pay $3540/hr. Potential benefits to be discussed based on candidate needs. Flexible hours but typically during the standard work day. Will need to be onsite 45 days per week for some period of time.
