About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Warranty Administrator to join our team at Phillips-Medisize. As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance and ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and distribute customer quotes in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Obtain equipment and tooling repair costs for customer-owned items and maintain accurate records.
  • Maintain and update data in our ERP system, including auditing work order documentation.
  • Process purchase orders and maintain parts inventories to ensure efficient operations.
  • Assist with spare parts inventory system and provide cost/data analysis to support business decisions.
  • Communicate with suppliers to place orders and request quotations.
  • Support continuous improvement activities from internal and external customers.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in an administrative role and/or experience working in a maintenance or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, including document creation/editing and formatting cells, formulas, tables/graphs/charts.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with injection molding.
  • Experience with quoting.
  • Experience with SAP, databases, and preventative maintenance software.
