Senior Manager, Sourcing

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Sourcing to lead our Outdoor, Sports & Fitness department at Walmart. As a key member of our Sourcing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing complex sourcing strategies to drive profitable growth and improve the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set sourcing strategies for Private Brands, managing budgets and driving profitable growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, merchants, and business partners to influence decisions and drive business outcomes.
- Design, develop, and launch new products for Private Brands, working closely with Product Development teams.
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and customer needs, using this knowledge to inform sourcing decisions and drive business growth.
- Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in retail, manufacturing, or sourcing industry, with a focus on merchandising, planning, finance, or related areas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze business fundamentals and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
As a Senior Manager, Sourcing at Walmart, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals, driving business growth and improving the customer experience. We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000.00-$180,000.00, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional benefits include stock, 401(k) match, paid maternity and parental leave, UNLIMITED PTO, multiple health plans, and more.
