Are you a seasoned operations professional looking for a challenging role that combines process design, project management, and leadership? We're seeking a Senior Manager to join our Store Fulfillment Process Design team, where you'll play a critical role in driving our digital store fulfillment strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain processes that are efficient, executable, and aligned with customer needs
  • Lead complex projects that improve store associate labor utilization and efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement technical features and processes
  • Drive end-to-end process improvement projects, identifying opportunities and implementing solutions to optimize store assets
  • Enable technology capabilities and process design across multiple stakeholder groups
  • Make data-driven decisions and interpret insights to inform business and technical needs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or related area
  • 1+ year of supervisory experience
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Leadership of cross-functional task forces or projects
  • Masters in Operations Management
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
