Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Dunkin' Donuts - Cafua Management Company. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of employees
- Plan, monitor, appraise, and review employee performance to ensure guest satisfaction and sales growth
- Provide coaching and feedback to employees to improve their skills and knowledge
- Ensure that all shifts are adequately staffed with qualified team members to meet guest service goals
- Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines
- Ensure that brand standards and systems are executed consistently across the restaurant
- Prepare and complete action plans to drive system improvements and increase profitability
- Control costs to maximize profitability and achieve sales goals
- Execute all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain relationships with team members, guests, and vendors
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 30 pounds
- Must be able to stand for 6+ hours at a time
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Fluent in English
