About the Role

This position is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our facilities to ensure optimal equipment performance, minimize downtime, and maintain a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Manage and coordinate maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades, to minimize equipment downtime and optimize production efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of maintenance materials and services.
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance metrics, including equipment reliability, mean time between failures, and maintenance cost, to identify areas for improvement and optimize maintenance strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, including OSHA, EPA, and FDA requirements.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure maintenance personnel have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in maintenance management, with a strong background in industrial equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Proven track record of improving maintenance efficiency, reducing downtime, and increasing equipment reliability.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct maintenance personnel.
  • Ability to analyze complex maintenance data and develop effective solutions to improve maintenance operations.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance management software and systems, including CMMS and ERP.
