Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in a retail environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
  • Physical ability to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
