Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management: Provide guidance and support to store staff, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Store Operations: Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
- Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Team Development: Identify and develop talent within the store team, providing opportunities for growth and advancement.
- Store Performance: Analyze sales data and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve store performance.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead in a retail environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Ability to work irregular shifts, including weekends, overnight shifts, and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift, push, pull a minimum of 20 lbs.
