Role Summary: The selected candidate will act as a solution architect, providing support to diverse clients globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting an analysis of current client processes and developing the future state model.
  • Overseeing the comprehensive solution during implementation or upgrade projects.
  • Leading a team of functional and technical consultants, equipping them with product knowledge and business process insights.
  • Training key users and identifying process deficiencies while recommending effective solutions.
  • Assisting in data collection and migration efforts.
  • Engaging in customizations, managing change requests, and implementing enhancements.

The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of the Infor SYTELINE application and practical experience in non-financial operations.

Additionally, a strong understanding of business processes is essential.

A background in domains such as discrete manufacturing or industrial manufacturing will be advantageous.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering.

Experience:

8-12 years of relevant industry experience.

Additional Requirements: Must have completed at least one full implementation and provided support for the SYTELINE application version 8.x or higher.
