Speech-Language Pathologist Job Opportunity

MJ Care, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based setting. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality services to children with exceptional educational needs.

About the Role

This position involves working with children of all ages, from 4K through high school, to improve their speech and language skills. You will provide direct and consultative services to children and educational staff to ensure that children with exceptional educational needs receive the support they require.

Responsibilities
  • Provide speech and language therapy services to children with exceptional educational needs
  • Consult with educational staff to develop and implement individualized plans for children
  • Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders in children
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address speech and language deficits
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a school accredited by the American Speech Language Hearing Association
  • Department of Public Instruction license in good standing required
  • Valid driver's license in good standing and access to insured car
  • Successful completion of a caregiver background check and pre-employment screen
