About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Mt Vernon, Washington, and the salary range is $85,000 - $125,000 per year. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in supervisory roles on dam grouting projects, with a minimum of 7 years as a Drilling/Grouting Superintendent on successfully completed grouting projects.

Responsibilities
  • Direct day-to-day construction activities for drilling and grouting programs
  • Implement and execute project design methodologies to meet performance and cost requirements
  • Organize, delegate, and supervise production, maintenance, safety, and manpower for efficient execution of work
Requirements
  • Experience in directing field operations for drilling and grouting of dam foundations
  • Minimum of 15 years experience in a supervisory role on dam grouting projects
  • Minimum of 7 years experience as a Drilling/Grouting Superintendent on previous successfully completed grouting projects
  • Comprehensive computer skills (MS Word & Excel)
  • Excellent English language communication skills, both written and oral
