We are seeking an experienced Fabrication and Finishing Expert to join our team at Liberty Art Works. As a key member of our production department, you will be responsible for fabricating and finishing metal product components to meet production requirements.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Fabricate and finish metal product components using facility machinery and equipment.
  • Utilize TIG welding and spot welds to achieve high-quality finishes.
  • Operate hands-on equipment/machinery such as sand blasters, vibratory finishers, drill press, band saws, hand tools, pneumatic and electrical tools.
  • Conduct daily maintenance and inspection of equipment, reporting any concerns to supervisor promptly.
  • Perform paint booth operations (HVLP), including prepping and spraying product, cleaning, and maintenance.
  • Work cooperatively with other manufacturing support areas to coordinate activities and perform assembly operations.

Requirements:

  • One year experience in metal finishing or equivalent technical educational background.
  • General knowledge regarding the use and maintenance of metalworking machinery and tools.
  • Past welding experience-TIG preferred.
  • The physical ability to perform a combination of standing, sitting, and lifting for 8 hours a day is required.

Compensation:

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes dental insurance, health insurance, paid vacation and sick leave, and on-the-job training.
