Job Title: Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist/CF Specialist

Job Summary:

Therapitas is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist/CF Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language evaluations and treatment to our culturally-linguistically diverse patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language deficits
  • Collaborate with other therapists and healthcare professionals to provide a comprehensive and transdisciplinary approach to treatment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families to ensure effective communication and treatment outcomes
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices and research in the field

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CF)
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a culturally-linguistically diverse setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
