Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school-based setting. As a Speech-Language Pathologist with Soliant, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of students and make a meaningful impact on their communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans to meet the unique needs of students
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to ensure seamless integration of speech therapy services into the educational setting
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in student communication skills
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, including individual and group sessions
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to keep them informed of student progress
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • State licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
