With a Pay Range of $85.

00 Per Visit, potential earnings include:
Full-Time: 25-40 visits a week = $91,000 to $145,600 annually

Part-Time: 10-24 visits a week= $37,000 to $83,000 annually

Position Overview:


We are seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist with pediatric experience to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will evaluate clients' needs and create tailored treatment plans aimed at enhancing their communication and swallowing skills.

You will provide therapy and meticulously document progress to ensure comprehensive care.

Core Responsibilities:
Develop and implement high-quality care plans that cater to the needs of patients and their families through thorough evaluations and interpretation of assessment results.

Collaborate with physicians to create and execute speech therapy treatment plans.


Assist pediatric and young adult patients in developing or regaining cognitive, speech, language, feeding/swallowing, and/or social/emotional functioning, thereby enhancing their independence.

A minimum of one year of recent experience as a Speech Therapist is preferred.

Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently.

Exhibit excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Possess outstanding documentation skills with a solid understanding of home health agency regulations and requirements.

Have a strong command of electronic medical record documentation.

Qualifications:
Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in Texas

Experience in home health or a related field

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency in electronic medical record documentation

Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Flexibility and adaptability to cater to diverse client needs
