Law Office Assistant Manager

Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research to support legal proceedings, utilizing various resources and databases.
- Draft, review, and revise legal documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Investigate facts to aid in the negotiation of legal disputes, analyzing complex information and making informed recommendations.
- Monitor compliance with state and federal regulations, staying up-to-date on changes and updates.
- Manage client information, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to strict data protection protocols.
- Prior experience as a paralegal or in a related field is highly desirable but not required.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines with precision.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
- High level of organization, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Spanish speaking proficiency is a plus but not mandatory for consideration.
