**Responsibilities & Requirements**

  • Triage phone calls and incoming requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and compile patient medical records with precision and accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain efficient filing systems to ensure seamless access to patient information.
  • Support the team with various office tasks as needed, including data entry and correspondence.
