Job Opportunity at St. John's Heating & Air

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC installer to join our team at St. John's Heating & Air. As a family-owned company, we prioritize work-life balance and create a positive and encouraging work environment.

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of HVAC installation experience, with a strong background in ductwork, gas piping, and basic wiring. They will also be able to fabricate simple fittings and have excellent customer service skills.

We offer a competitive pay range of $35.00 per hour, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, vision and dental insurance, 401k with company match, paid vacation, paid holidays, and more.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
  • Ability to pass drug screening and background check
  • Minimum 2 years of HVAC installation experience
  • Ductwork experience
  • Ability to fabricate simple fittings
  • Experience with gas piping & layouts
  • Experience with basic wiring
  • Have basic hand tools
  • Be able to train helpers
  • Very neat and professional appearance
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Great attitude & work ethics
  • Attention to details
