Job Overview

One Source Heating and Cooling is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will assist experienced HVAC installers in equipment installation, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in equipment installation and setup.
  • Carry and move tools and materials on job sites.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Learn and follow safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Assist in measuring and cutting materials.
  • Provide support during equipment setup.
  • Assist in connecting and securing HVAC components.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs.
  • Follow the instructions of lead installers.
  • Learn and develop HVAC installation skills.

Requirements:

  • EPA certification is preferred but not required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug testing.
  • Must be willing to pursue, develop, and participate in continuing education.
  • Experienced in forced hot air / Hot water systems.
  • Plumbing experience a plus, but not required.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 50-75lbs consistently.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US.
