Job Description

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team at One Source Heating and Cooling. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems, diagnosing and troubleshooting malfunctions, and performing repairs and replacements of faulty components or parts.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC system malfunctions or issues
  • Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components or parts
  • Clean and replace filters, coils, and other HVAC system elements as needed
  • Test HVAC system performance and ensure proper functioning
  • Use diagnostic tools and equipment to identify system problems
  • Provide recommendations to customers regarding necessary repairs or system upgrades
  • Respond to service calls and inquiries from customers in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • 2-5 years experience in HVAC service
  • EPA certification is preferred but not required
  • Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug testing
  • Must be willing to pursue, develop and participate in continuing education
  • Experienced in forced hot air / Hot water systems
  • Plumbing experience a plus, but not required
  • Must be able to consistently lift and carry 50-75lbs
  • Must be authorized to work in the US
