Chemical Process Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Chemical Process Specialist to join our team at Thermo Fisher Scientific. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating automated and manual chemical process equipment, ensuring compliance with established procedures, Good Manufacturing Procedures, and Safety guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain chemical process equipment, ensuring efficient and safe operation.
- Monitor and control process parameters, making adjustments as necessary to maintain product quality and consistency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with chemical process equipment and control systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
