Salary Range: $95,000 - $105,000

Position Overview:

In the role of Culinary Director, you will oversee all culinary operations for a designated dining account. This includes leading a team of culinary professionals, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and designing innovative menus. Key responsibilities encompass managing food costs, overseeing inventory, and introducing new culinary initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Culinary degree is preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in culinary management
• Background in high-volume food production and catering
• Strong understanding of cost management
• Aspiring to advance within the foodservice sector
