Job Title: Senior Energy and Sustainability Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Energy and Sustainability Manager to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our sustainability team, you will play a critical role in driving our company's sustainability goals and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement energy and sustainability programs across our client portfolio
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into our business operations
  • Provide strategic guidance on energy and sustainability initiatives to our clients
  • Lead the development of sustainability reports and metrics to track progress
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in sustainable operations, engineering, or a related field
  • Advanced understanding of energy conservation measures and sustainability initiatives in commercial real estate
  • Strong operations experience in large multi-dimensional organizations
  • Excellent communication and cross-collaboration skills
  • Demonstrated experience in influencing cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree in a related field
  • Experience working with corporate clients, commercial property, and property managers
  • Understanding of Greenhouse Gas Emission scopes and reporting
