Key Responsibilities- Prospect and build relationships with new customers to drive revenue growth
- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas
- Develop and maintain accurate account and opportunity forecasting
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target account lists
- Build strong relationships with key customer contacts and stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on product development needs, plans, and challenges of our accounts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to win deals and expand Fictiv's reputation as a leader in digital manufacturing
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
- BS/BA degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of product development and related business requirements
- Experience driving consultative, solution-based sales and expanding within strategic industry verticals
- Demonstrated track record of quickly building a new pipeline and managing a forecast to consistently exceed quota
- Demonstrated expertise with modern sales tools (CRM, Sequencing, Prospecting, Collaboration)
- Manufacturing and supply chain industry experience preferred
