Job Summary

We are seeking a Services Coordinator I to join our team. This role plays a vital part in delivering and engaging partners to deliver educational, health, and wellness programs for residents of our properties. The successful candidate will provide access to and deliver programs such as after-school programs, summer programs, academic support, and financial stability training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver onsite programs and ensure implementation of programs at assigned locations to meet internal standards and regulatory expectations.
  • Conduct door-to-door outreach and other marketing strategies to make residents aware of services offered.
  • Prepare and submit program documentation as required by MidPen and external agencies.
  • Assist in crisis intervention and provide follow-up as needed.
  • Implement mandated reporting policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED and 1 year of experience in community development, social services, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with families, adults, and youth in a diverse population.
  • Strong customer service orientation and relationship-building skills.
  • Solid judgment, discretion, and problem-solving skills.
