KEDPLASMA USA seeks a highly skilled and dedicated individual to join our team as a Medical Donor Coordinator. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of donors while maintaining the highest standards of quality in our plasma donation process.

**Job Description:**
This position involves working closely with donors to evaluate their suitability for plasma donation, administering immunizations, and monitoring responses. You will also be responsible for supervising or personally providing for the immediate needs of donors experiencing an acute reaction to plasma donation or immunization.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Evaluate donor medical history and physical condition to determine suitability for plasma donation.
• Conduct physical examinations of donors and review medical data to ensure compliance with our guidelines.
• Administer immunizations and monitor responses, as necessary.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and provide appropriate care to donors in need.

**Requirements:**
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with donors and other staff members.
• Must be currently licensed to practice medicine in the state where the center operates.
• Previous experience in healthcare or a related field is preferred, demonstrating adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to manage emergency situations calmly.
