Plasma Center Nurse Specialist

As a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) at BioLife Plasma Services, you will be responsible for supporting the safe and efficient collection of plasma from donors. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a meaningful contribution to the development of life-changing medicines.
Key responsibilities include determining donor eligibility, evaluating donor reactions, and referring to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs when necessary. You will also support the Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees and manage employee incidents.
With a strong focus on customer service and quality, you will ensure that all interactions with donors and colleagues are professional and courteous. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with the Center Manager, Center Physician, and other stakeholders.
A minimum of two years' experience in a clinical or hospital setting is required, along with a high school diploma or equivalent and a recognized educational nursing program with state requirements. Current licensure or certification as a Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) is also essential.
