Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Monitoring and Training Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for monitoring and follow-up of staff development to ensure the integrity of our service delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with operational leaders to identify areas of strength and weakness in service operations and develop strategies to enhance staff understanding through training and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement monitoring guides, desk review formats, and related templates for compliance reviews.
  • Perform annual reviews of each program, producing reports, and working with operational staff to deliver staff training and perform corrective action follow-up.
  • Provide written reports to the COO identifying the root cause of identified violations and documenting corrective action requirements.
  • Meet with operational leaders to assist and develop plans to address noncompliance.
  • Remain up-to-date with current policies and regulations related to federal, state, and local programs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, human services, pre-law, or accounting, or the equivalent combination of training and/or experience.
  • Workforce development and/or quality assurance experience.
  • Prior experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of products.
Preferred Experience
  • Research, evaluation, statistical preparation, and program compliance.
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
